A very simple and user friendly procedure may be adopted as under:

- After selection Click on Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout & fill the Order/Billing detail
- Place order
- Our dedicated support team will contact you for order confirmation.
- The desired product will be shipped and you have to pay the bill amount on delivery.
There is no restriction, anyone may freely order as many as they desire.
Our motto is to build trust and credibility in online shopping in Pakistan. We are offering only very good quality & genuine products duly checked by our qualified team. Features of all products are clearly mentioned alongside related Quality Pictures on our web portal. Please note all products are available with after sales and support service just according to the official warranty guidelines of the vendor / manufacturers, which will vary and applicable independently on case to case basis. Warranty claims will be forwarded directly to the concerned vendor through their service centers.
Yes Sales tax & all duties are applicable on all shipping products. The prescribed sale price mentioned on our portal is the price you pay.
Apnaparas offers 10 days for return of a shipment, subject not to meet the actual order or against any fault exists in the product. On receipt of the consignment, the unsatisfied customer is required to call immediately on the Support Center and email to log complaint for an exchange. The request will be initiated to have the item picked from customer premises, or the customer may be requested to submit the disputed / faulty consignment to the nearest TCS Express / Leopard Centre for further processing.
In case where the order is cancelled by the client after payment while order sourcing is in progress, in such cases, claims for refunds will be settled in the form of credits with the user’s apnaparas.com account and shipping charges will not be refundable. These credits can be used for future purchases on apnaparas.com. The user can also get a reimbursement through cheque (for payment options other than credit card), for which a period of 15 days may be required.

Our standard delivery time for working days (excluding weekends and gazetted holidays) is 24 to 72 hrs which starts from lodgment and confirmation of the orders.
In case of Big or Heavy items with a weight of 2 Kg & above, freight or handling charges will be applicable according to weight of the consignment and distance of the shipping destination. The same handling charges will also be applicable on specific dates, holidays and Express deliveries which are not included within the product and their price mentioned on our web portal.
Further “CASH ON DELIVERY” (COD) option is also not available on orders worth of Rs. 5,000/= & above.
The client can pay us cash through “Cash on Delivery” option at the time of delivery of consignment at their doorstep.
